The NIH lists the typical side effects of these as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach pain, flatulence, and diarrhea. What does your normal diet consist of? im suffering from type 2 diabetes, & from 4 months im taking voglibose 0.3 with bf,lunch,dinner, & zitamet 50/500 at bf & dinner, & dibend-m at lunch & dinner with zitamet & voglibose. this lowerd my fbs up to 126/mg dl but ppis 226mg & from year i have inch loss very rapidely & losing my muscles in hands & thighs & buttocks, so pls advice me what can i do or take for regaining my body back... for fast results

metformin has to be taken after food while voglibose, before food, a few minutes earlier. When this be so, how can both be taken together with meals? Is it not a waste of drugs, ineffectiveness of dosage administered and, loading the body more than what will be strictly necessary? 2. would it not be better to take the same separately, for more effectiveness?

For diabetic treatment my dr asked me to take Glimepiride 2mg + Metformin 500mg (1-1), Voglibose 0.3 mg (1-1) & Pioglitazone 30mg + Metformin 500 mg (1-1). When in the monring after breakfast I took Glimepiride 2mg + Metformin 500mg together along with Pioglitazone 30mg + Metformin 500 mg by Noon, I felt heaviness in my head. Is it the side effect of these medicines? Should I continue to to take or leave it?
