I have an 8yr old grand daughter who has recently been prescribed Vivanse, she has experienced insomnia she's hungry but can't eat she talks obsessivly , she herself has noticed the differences in her behavior and does not like it she does not want to take it anymore . Is there certain foods that can cause the. Side affects to increase, or maybe things we can have her do or eat to make her system adjust to this? Drugs for narcolepsy

I am wondering about trying Vyvance to treat narcolepsy. I currently take dextrostat 30 mg 3 times a day and since it is now generic dextrostat, it is absolutely not effective at all. Can I have feedback either on Vyvanse or any other drugs that you have found to be effective.
