Vitamin B Complex Tablet Use

I am taking supraneuron for the first time. I merely asked the pharmacy for any vitimin b-complex and this tablet was recommended to me. For 2 days now, since I started taking the tablet, I seem to feel very slight difficulty of breath. I am not sure if it is because of the table, though. I wish to know the contents of the tablet, including indications. Unfortunately, the pharmacy where I bought the medicine has no available literature regarding the medicine. ## Have you spoken to your doctor? i have a discoloration in my forehead skin ,i earlier thought it as fungal infection and applied antifungal oinments for quiet a long time but had no effects;one of my doctors suggested it may be due to vitamin defficiency so now i am taking vitaminBcomplex tablets.Will it work?Do you have any suggestions?

Hi. I was taking neurobion for a long time. Since my doctor gave me this i feel so much better. I have back pain, neck pain and osteoporosis. He told me i can take it sometimes like twice in a week and it brings me to eat because you feel happy. Almost one year and 4 months later im doing great. But this month i got an attack coz i stopped my med for 14 days. I have been in pain and im so weak it's hard to stand up and so i start my pain reliever and now i take neurobion, which brings me to feeling ok but i am scared of the side effects coz i have pain in my left lower tummy. I went to the doctor and they said im ok. He gave me a new med but nothing changed. That's why i went back to neurobion. Please what will i do? I just want to know if these B vitamins are vegan, no animal products content? I'm actually allergic to pork and chicken meat, every time I take Pharex B Complex, my allergies are being triggered, it's so itchy. I'm taking 2 tablets a day. neurobion tablets - when is the right time to take it, at morning or at night? ## Hello, Christina! How are you? There is no specific time of day they need to be taken, however, the b vitamins do tend to energize some people that take them, so taking them in the morning may help prevent loss of sleep and insomnia. The FDA lists their only other known side effect as being nausea, due to the potency. I am affected by Acute Pancreatitis can I take B comples forte with vitamin C (Becosules capsules) ## It is very hard to say what may aggravate the pancreas when you have this condition. Thus, even though this is just a supplement, I'd suggest checking with your doctor, before taking anything. The vitamin C can be very acidic and may cause problems.
