Hi I used a lot of canex t on my vigina and the next morning it was burning such a lot and now the rash is even worse is it maybe of the amount that I used I have this problem since the age of 2 and dr said my skin is sensitive and I will out grow it but I'm now 23 years and still have this problem ## Hello, Blommie! How are you? This is an antifungal cream used to treat yeast infections and it's never a good idea to use a lot of it, you should only use the amount directed. Did your doctor tell you to use it for the rash? As listed by the FDA, skin irritation, redness and dryness can be side effects.

I am looking for a doctor in virginia who will take self pay patients and who is not against opioid medications. I'm currently on Amatriptalin Tizanidin and Meloxicam (which is killing my stomach due to many years of nsaid). These medications help but they are not enough. I'm in physical therapy and the pain is preventing me any my therapist from being able to progress in my therapy. I live in the Charlottesville area and every doctor has gone complete opioid prohibition. I just need a little more help with my pain so that I can progress in my therapy. I am willing to travel far. If anyone knows of any doctor in Virginia who may be willing to help, please let me know and thank you in advance.

I have spinal stenosis, arthritis and 2 herniated discs for which I have had surgery. My current pain med doc won't go any higher then 50mgs of tramadol 3 times a day and that is it. Nothing else prescribed. He says nothing else will help and just go have surgery. I am not looking to take 10 mg of MS or anything. I just need something to help when the pain gets too bad several times a week. The tramadol does not work anymore. Im a 53 year old woman who was hit head on by a drunk driver many years ago. I've had physical therapy 4neck surgeries with pin and plates even went so far as having a electric stimulater put in my back. i have tried it all. Due to the new regulations that were put in place by the DEA last year, if you require some type of controlled substances for the long-term ongoing treatment of chronic pain, you'll need to see a pain management specialist. A general practitioner won't be able to help you. Do either of you have a PCP that you see regularly who might be able to refer you to someone? If so, that might be the quickest and easiest way to find the help you need. Can anyone recommend a good doctor in that area?

I just moved to Fredericksburg/DC Metro area of Virginia from Florida. I have severe chronic spinal pain from bulging lumbar discs, bone spurs, spinal stenosis and scoliosis (in mid/upper spine). My doctor that was treating me in FL had me on 60mg MS Contin 2xday and 10mg Percocet 4xday. Which makes it able for me to function with a lowered amount of pain. I went through 3 other doctors over the years that prescribed too little or too much before I found him. I would like to find a doctor/pain clinic that will prescribe me the same or similar in/around the Fredericksburg/DC Metro area of Virginia as opposed to having to drive back to my Florida doctor every month. I am in severe pain with carpal tunnel in both hands. I have been trying to find a pain management doctor in Virginia who is willing to prescribe oxycodone 30 mg. That's what works for me. Florida resident. Here in VA Beach. Im a patient in FL but cant get home now. I fell Jan 4th in NY and spent 9 nine hours in ER. I have copies. It's hard to find those dr around Richmond area,, there are some but you need to get a primary doctor. And ask to be referred to pm.. Is there any Dfrs of Pain Management Clincs in Hampton Roads VA, Newport News, Williamsburg? My Dr. in Richmond was closed down and I am out of luck. They called me on Monday to tell my my Tuesday appointment was cancelled and they were closed for good. Dr. Steven Deschner was his name ## I WENT TO HIM TO, HE WAS SO KIND AND CARING. I have 3 herniated/bulging discs in my back, RSD, fibromyalgia, was in an accident & spent 14 yrs having surgeries on my right ankle to save it (between 1977 & 1991! i had a compound fracture, bones laying outside my foot, gangrene, osteomyelitis etc.) Dr saved my foot thank God but I've been in & out of casts,leg braces, wheel chairs etc ever since yet i still worked from 1980 to 2003 while dealing with all this. Plz, does anyone know any drs that prescribe Methadone for pain in Tappahannock or Richmond Va. area? ## Had spinal stenosis surgery, triple lactomactomy and when I came out was way worse. My surgeon said to go to their pain management and get an idea of what they came up with on file for any doctor to see or said to call them and they would help come up with a plan. I hv discharge from my Virginia cn I use moxymax 500 I am 31 yrs old ## Hello, Sneaky! How are you? It really depends on what's causing the discharge. This medication is only effective at treating bacterial infections, so if the discharge is due to a yeast infection, it will not help and could actually make it worse. The U.S. FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea. Has your doctor instructed you to take it? What does the discharge look like? Is there any odor? Are you also itchy?

I just moved to Hampton Roads, Virgina and am looking for a pain management doctor that will be willing to write for my meds. I have been a pain management patient for over 15 years and I take OxyContin, oxycodone and lyrica. I have sent my records to two big pain clinics and I am waiting to hear back from them to see if they will accept me as a patient or not. Is it in the state of Virginia? ## It is considered an Opiate Narcotic, so it should be considered a controlled substance all over the U.S. ## As of Jan 2010 Tramadol is a Class IV controlled substance in Virginia, if caught without intent to distribute up to 1 year in jail, if caught with intent to distribute up to 5 years in prison ## Tramadol is not a controlled substance in Virginia.
