I have been prescribed 1mg xanax x3 po tid prn for the past 14 yrs. I have always taken the generic form, but, this last refill is a generic form that I have never seen before; it's dark blue, scored, with the inscription 2089 V. As I understand, this generic is manufactured by Vintage pharmaceuticals. I am wondering how well 'known' this company is in regards to the quality of their medications. Yellow with a V on it ## Are there additional numbers on the tablet? V is a logo for Vintage/Qualitest pharmaceuticals. Their 10mg Cyclobenzaprine tablet should also have the numbers 2632 on it. Watson Pharmaceuticals also manufactures this drug. More specifically "Watson 358" is the same dosage as the pill you are describing. And as far as I know, the brand name Watson is among the most popular.
