Viibryd And Wellbutrin Taken Together

Viibryd and Pamelor (Tricyclic meds together)

I starting taking viibryd after having no luck on lexapro, paxil, celexa, effexor, toprol, wellbutrin etc etc. Started on 10mg starter pack and went up to 40 fairly quickly. Family noticed that I was much more agitated and crying all the time...also have frequent suicidal thoughts...which aren't typical. I told both the therapist and psyc about this. Now both think i should try a tricyclic drug Pamelor. Has anyone tried this after no luck w/ the common SSRI's. Specifically interested in if I can start on the Pamelor while still weening off V. I'm on 15mg now b/c i had moderate dizziness going from 20mg V straight to 10mg. My body seems very sensitive to weening.
