M363 Tablet ## Hi, you are talking about 2 different pills here: M362 is equivalent to Vicodin HP and contains Acetaminophen 660 mg + Hydrocodone 10 mg. M363 is equivalent to a Lortab and contains Acetaminophen 500 mg + Hydrocodone 10 mg. The tablet with the BP 643 10 on it contains 300mgs of Acetaminophen and 10mgs of Hydrocodone, while the one with the HP 10 660 marking contains 660mgs of Acetaminophen and 10mgs of Hydrocodone. The Hydrocodon Acetaminophen 5-500 works fairly well but is there a strong one available? ## Hi Jack, The dosage of Acetaminophen in Vicodin range from 500mg, 660, and 750mgs. While for Hydrocodone the max dosages I've seen are 7.5mg and 10mg respectively. I believe "Vicodin HP" contains a dosage combination of 660mg + 10mg. The maximum dosage for this medication is 1-2 pills every 4-6 hours depending on severity of pain and that information changes with the max dosage allowable for Acetaminophen... which is not to exceed 1gram (1000mg) per dose/or 4 grams (4000mg) per day.
