Vicodin Generic Manufacture Ip

Have severe degenerative disc disease. I recieve fyntinal patch and 10-325 hydrocodone and this has been ongoing 10years or so. I have learned not all hydrocodone is the same and that using the same hydrocodone loses its effect but changing the generic hydricodone manufacturer can help keep the effects of the medication working at its peak. ## Hi roro, Sorry to hear about your condition. Has lp on top 145 below it.told it was vicodin???the other side smoth.the pill is white n round. ## Hi tru, Most Vicodin/Norco pills I've come across are usually white oblong tablets, but this white round pill marked with IP 145 reportedly contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone bitartrate + 200mgs of Ibuprofen. It's NOT Vicodin/Norco, however I think the Ibuprofen may make for a good alternative for those who can't tolerate Acetaminophen, due to potential liver problems. The manufacturer is listed as Amneal Pharma. I hope this helps!

I've seen Naproxen and have been told Vicodin has this imprint as well. Are Naproxen and Vicodin the same? ## Naproxen and Vicodin are two very different pain medications. To my understanding, the similarities found in the imprint are just a sign that they had been manufactured or redistributed by the same company (Amneal Pharmaceuticals). 387 watson on one side and ip466 on the other side ## These are two different medications made by two different companies, so you wouldn't find both imprints on the opposite sides of the same tablet. Watson 387 contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 750mgs of Acetaminophen, it is a generic for Vicodin, which is a narcotic pain reliever. The IP 466 is manufactured by Amneal, formerly Intrapharm and contains 800mgs of Ibuprofen.
