my daughter 19 yrs old is suffering from loose motions like water for 2 days and she has been advised to take vi bact ds capsuels and she has taken 4 capsules in 28 hrs but loodr motions not controlled. It may please be specified whether the medicine controls /is used for the said problem ## This is an antibiotic that is used to treat various types of bacterial infections. what is difference between vibact and vibact ds capsule ## Regular Vibact contains: bacillus mesentericus TO-A JPC 1 million, clostridium butyricum TO-A 2 million, lactobacillus 50 million, Streptococcus faecalis T-110 JPC 30 million. These are probiotics and it is given as an antidiarrhea medication. However, I can't find any information on Vibact-DS. It isn't listed in my resources. Do you have any other information on it? Hi. I was prescribed Bactrim DS 800/160 tablets 2x a day for 10days. I tested negative for mono, strep, and tonsillitis. I do have some boils/abscess and they also gave me ointment for the nose (mupirocin) and body wash (hibiclens). And also (prednisone) was prescribed for my glands swollen. I'm awaiting test results. But my sincere concern is can I take them both together?
