small oval pill, brown coated, one side has 200 and the other has 1P142, need to know what type of pill this is asap ## take it to a pharmacist and he or she can identify it for you ## white oval tablet, scored on one side with the number 93, and on the other side the numer 58 what is it. please respond to my email add: [email protected] ## I believe it is ip142. I found that on this site with a description of a generic version of ibuprofen 200mg. Hope that is correct. ## I believe that Karen is right. A brown tablet with IP142 on it is in fact a 200 mg Ibuprofen ( generic for Advil or Motrin ).
