I am taking Veltam Plus for last eight months having hypertension and diabetes My age is 70 years.kindly let me know how long I should continue Is there any side effects ## Veltam Plus contains the active ingredients Dutasteride and Tamsulosin, both are commonly used to treat BPH. As to how long you should continue, what has your doctor advised? ## I am 71; my prostrate gland is enlarged, no pain, no often urinating at night, only once. I am taking veltam plus since 20 days. How long should i take it.

I have only taken 7 doses of veltam-plus and stopped. So is there any harm on my health (e.g. withdrawals) from discontinuing treatment? Please reply.. ## There shouldn't be, after such a short dosage period. The NIH lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and frequent urination. Why did you stop taking it? Are you on any other medications?

My father is 73. He is taking Veloz -D tablet once daily for 2 years after having a boold vomiting. He had also black stool 7 years back. He is diabetic with hypertension.
