I went to a " natural " doctor here in the US. He gave me some natural supplements such as Vitamin Bs and Bach Flowers for my anxiety. He also gave me Victan 2mg. He said Victan is not a drug and that it comes from Valerian Root. I just researched it and its a drug. Are his statements true or should he be reported for giving me a benzo without a psychiatric license? this was half red and half brown, when I broke the capsule open it smelt herbal no numbers or other marks were on the pill ## If there are no markings, then it will be impossible to positively identify, unless you would pay to have it lab tested. It could, however, be Valerian root, as it does have a strong, herbal smell to it, but there is no way we can be certain of it.
