My weight remains between 90-93 kgs. I am 73yrs old. Please let me know what above mentioned problems are due to side effects of the medicine.

I take valent H with 2.5 mg amlodipine in the morning and valent 80 with 2.5 mg amlodipine in the evening. My salt intake is moderate. My BP is often unpredictable and goes to 150 to 160 by 80 to 90 giving me a dull headache. How can I stabilize it, as I have had a retina haemmorage? Is itchiness in the back a side effect?
