My weight remains between 90-93 kgs. I am 73yrs old. Please let me know what above mentioned problems are due to side effects of the medicine.

Can Tellzy 40 be taken in place of Valent 40 for managing high blood pressure? ## Tellzy contains the active ingredient Telmisartan, while Valent is listed as containing Valsartan, so while they are in the same medication class and treat the same conditions, they are different medications and a different dosage may be required, if you switch from one to the other. The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension. Is there anything else I can help with?

Medicine List: Pan 40 & Thronorm 88mg in the morning before breakfast. Then at 10 am one unit of Lasix 40. Then after lunch ondero 5mg & valent 80 at 3pm. Then another Lasix 40 at night (after food), one valent 80 & one clopitab A75. & at 10 pm aztor 20. What may be the problem? She eats almost boiled food (non-veg) three times daily & at lunch she takes fish oil. Please help.
