I have BV and dont wanna go to doctors when I already know what it is. I have had it before. I am just wondering if Naproxen Sodium can be used to treat the BV. Hi! Last dec i had a bacterial vaginosis, my ob gyne checked my records and found out that the medications i took is not for BV. So she decided to let me take falgyl now in my fourth month of pregnancy (my second trimister). Now that i am taking it i often feel a lower left abdominal pain. Hi i gave birth jan 2 2016. Diagnosed with bacterial vaginosis last april.and given metronidazole for 7 days. And now i haven't had my period. When it comes to switching between different prescriptions I would always encourage you to contact your prescribing doctor and/or the pharmacist who filled it first, for specific and safe dosing instructions. However I do know that when I've taken antibiotics in the past and one didn't work as intended, I was instructed to switch over to a different antibiotic within a day's time. Again, this is just my experience. Your doctor may recommend a different wait time, but in my own opinion I'm not sure that it matters too much as long as they're not being taken back to back and overloading ...

Hello, I was prescribed Klion d 100 to treat bacterial vaginosis. 10 tablets to be inserted into the vagina before bed. After the 5th tablet was taken I noticed yellowish watery discharge that felt heavy. I've noticed it continued and would like to know if this is normal.
