Ok, my wife is suffering from a recurring yeast infection. She is allergic to the main ingredient in most cures (triazole). Is there any treatment that can help her? I am 22 and I'm suffering from severe infection in my vagina. This led to many big bumps on and around vulva. These bumps are having white liquid in it and is very painful giving burning sensation. Gynaec consulted me to apply Candid B cream on Vulva. Should apply this cream even on those bumps? How many days will it take to recover?

I'm nearly 5 years in from my breast cancer diagnosis... I was 34 I'm now 39 and at the end of October it will be 5 years clear! I had a miscarriage 10 months back due to a hematoma in the womb. And because of continued use of sanitary napkins, I developed a severe skin itch. Tried every topical application recommended by doctors. I am now told I have a fungal infection. I am advised Canesten (Clotrimazole) vaginal tablets. One hour after insertion, there was a milky liquid discharge. Is it the infection getting out or the medicine which hasn't been inserted well? I had too much of abnormal whitish discharge an my vagina was itching, I decided 2 go to d Doctor an he gave me green pills which he said they were for infection n it disappeared for a while an I'm having that kind of problem again, I just want to know the kind of infection an the treatment that doesn't involve going to the Doctor....thank you in advance ## I'm not a doctor, so I can give you a diagnosis and treatment. What could be use if u have a itch in ur viginal ## That could be a yeast infection, which will will require an antifungal medication to treat, however, you should see your doctor to confirm. I started taking Minastrin when Loestrin was discontinued. My doctor assured me that it was the best choice because all of the ingredients were the same. I had zero side effects on Loestrin..so I went with it. Now every time I have intercourse with my boyfriend I get a yeast infection.
