I found a completely round tablet with the stamping ALP on it. It is a speckled red on white color. The only thing I can find on the internet that comes close is Alprazlam, however noone ever has the color and shape that I do, and mine is not scored at all. Is this the same thing or something else?

What are white oblong pills stamped 703? Are they indeed Tylenol w/ 8mg codeine? Please help me to identify these pills. Thanks. ## Hello, Scotty! How are you? Several people have asked about this tablet recently, but so far, I've been unable to find an identification in the FDA or NIH databases. I have looked through pages of identifying marks and images of Tylenol with Codeine and nothing matches. The FDA warns that Codeine carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation. Does anyone else have any idea what this tablet might contain?

Difference between percoset 30 with an a stamped on it or a v ## Hello, Tim! How are you? What are the markings on the tablets in question? The reason I'm asking is because there is no Percocet that contains 30mgs of anything. It contains Acetaminophen and Oxycodone and the maximum dosage is 325/10. But, if you can post back with the markings on them, I can look them up for you to see what they are.

white oblong pill with 377 imprint ## This is 50mgs of Tramadol, a generic for Ultram. This is an analgesic, derived from an opiate, so even though it works like an anti-inflammatory, it does have the same addictive qualities and is classified by the FDA as a narcotic. Some of the most common side effects include: nausea, sweating, constipation and drowsiness. ## It is Tramadol which is NOT derived from any opiate, contrary to other comments here. It has no opium in it whatsoever. It is a pain killer but is niether a narcotic (it has no illicit drugs) nor is it an anti-inflammatory. It isn't scheduled, and in 48 states, it isn't considered a controlled substance! It does lightly attach to ONE of the opiate receptors in the brain, but most people do not get addicted. ## Susan nee...

Oval oblong shaped small white 1/4" long 1/8" flat or less has a C stamped in it on one side only ## I can't find any prescription tablets that match this description. And really, with that imprint, I'm highly suspicious that it's most likely something that's available over the counter. Does anyone recognize this tablet? Where did you find it, Marcie? Some products are regional, so knowing the general location may help to narrow it down.

This pill contains the following active ingredients: Chlorpheniramine (8mg) + Methscopolamine (2.5mg) + Phenylephrine (25mg). It is used to treat nasal congestion and rhinitis. Unfortunately I could not locate any other close matches to your description other than this, so I hope this helps!

Found this pill in my sons room. should I be concerned. and what is it. ## If you found a pill in your son's room and do not know what it is, yes you should be very, very, very concerned. There should not be any pills in your son's room, including over-the-counter and supplements. You need to control all pills in your residence, know what everything is, what it is used for, dosage, time(s) of dosing, and who is supposed to be taking it. No one should be taking anything without parental knowledge, consent, and supervision, to include supplements and over-the-counter. Sometimes, kids/teens start abusing by taking/experimenting with whatever is in the house, and eventually they can end up trading with friends or dealers or selling. This is an emergency... your son's life and/or...
