Telma-AM-H 80 versus Listril-SM and Tenoric 50
I am 65 years old and hypertensive for last 30/35 years. I am under medication for long and presently taking Listril-SM tab and Stamlo 5, one each in the morning and Tenoric 50 one tablet at night. Recently one Cardiologist advised me to take one tab. Telma-AM-H 80 in the morning replacing the other medicines and also to replace Colsprin 100 with Ecosprin Gold 20. The problem is I tried Telma 40 and subsequently Telma-H a couple of years ago as per advise of a Cardilogist but it failed to maintain my blood pressure. On the contrary it shoots upto 190/100. The pressure becomes 140/80 after switching back to Listril-SM with addition of Stamlo 5. While Lisonopril seems to be suiting me why Cardilogists insisting on Telsartan ? Is this a better medicine or avoid using Tenoric ? ## I am 60 a... ...

I believe my daughter has overdosed on xanax
She took 20 round blue xanax, 10 25 mg Promethazine and 2 50 mg Pristique that I know of for sure, Tuesday between 3:30 and 9:30 PM. At 5 AM Wednesday her BP was 134/35 and heart rate of 115. Her BP is now 140/94. She has fallen, cannot stand alone, wet the bed once and wet on the floor once. She has no insurance and resisted, strongly, going to the ER. She seems to be a little better this AM. I applied cold cloths to her face and neck and tried to wake her every 15 minutes. She could not speak but did recognize me and was able to tell me how many fingers I was holding up. ## You call 911. They will take her to a County facility or State Mental Health Hospital, ONLY with your help Mom? ## Hi, Carolyn! tri sprintec birth control for heavy period
I am 37 yrs old my doctor prescribed sprentec to help with my heavy periods due to endometriosis. How long should it take before I see results? I have been on my period for 5 days and it has not showed any signs of slowing? ## Hi, Misty! How long have you been taking the Tri Sprintec? If you just started it a few days ago, when you started your period, then it's far too soon for it to have an effect. You most likely won't see any changed until your next period. Usually, heavy periods are caused by a deficiency in Progesterone and that is very common with endometriosis, your age can also play a role, since anovulatory cycles usually start around age 35. Since this contraceptive contains both a form of estrogen and progesterone, it may help with your heavy bleeding. ## Hello I wen... ...

I was taken matanx an it became to expensive so my doc prescribed me vitacirc b an that's only a few dollars different, so I'm in a search for something new since vitacirc b is not available anymore. I have the ingredient which are L- methylfolte calcium ( asMetafolina) 3 mg Pyridoxal 5-phosphate 35mg Methyl cobalamin 2mg If anyone can help please send me info ## Hello, Joyce! How are you? Many of these ones with the higher amounts of B vitamins in them require a doctor's prescription, so you can't just grab them off the shelf. Have you tried asking your pharmacist? They should know what else is available. I'll also do some research and post back, when I have information for you. ...

Very bad side effect with Trivora. Anyone else?
In 2010 I suffered a heart attack due to a blood clot from my oral contraceptive Trivora. I'm wanting to see if anyone had similar problem. ## Hello, Angel! How are you doing? Very sorry about the heart attack, that's awful. I don't know about this particular contraceptive, but I can tell that it is a risk associated with all hormonal contraceptives and no, you are not the only one that suffered such a horrible side effect. The possibility is warned about in the medication information and the risk is greater for women over 35 and for smokers. It is one of the reasons many doctors will not prescribe them for women over 35, except for in very rare emergency cases….and women that smoke more than 10 cigarettes a day that are over 35 really should completely avoid them and ... ...

feeling very much thirsty after taking ATEN 25
Hi, My name is Dk, 35 years old, I am experiencing high BP since last 4 years. initially it was 140/100 in 2008..Now it is around 155/105 with pulse rate 105... Recently, the Doctor has prescribed Aten 25 (once in a day for 10 days), but few hour after taking Aten 25, I feel very much thirsty and I feel my mouth very dry. Is this normal effect of Aten 25 or I need to consult the Doctor. ## Atenolol is a beta blocker that's most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and it can cause this dry mouth, as a side effect. If your doctor keeps you on the Atenolol, this side effect usually wears off in a few weeks, after your body adjusts to the medication. Learn more Atenolol details here. Son now 35 yrs. took accutane as a teenager. When he was in his late 20's he developed gout. His purine levels were very high. After several yrs of trying to control his levels he recently began taking alpurinol. Taking medroxyprogesterone for over 15 years
Hi, I've had abnormal periods since I was a teenager. At age 18 my gynecologist put me on provera/medroxyprogesterone, I've taken it every first 10 days of every month since then, and I am now 35 years old and still on this medicine. My doctor keeps telling me that I need to stay on it, to prevent uterine cancer, it runs in my family and if I don't take this medicine I won't get a period. My concern is the effect this medicine will have on my body after all these years of taking it. I keep reading that this medicine may increase my risk of breast and ovarian cancer. What do I do???? ## Hello, Judy! How are you? Wow! That's very unusual, most doctors will have you take it for awhile, then stop to see if your natural cycle kicks in. is phendimetrazine harmful to take if you have mac
I have taken Adderol for ADD and it wasn't helping much so my doctor started me on Phendimerazine Tartrate. 35 mg. I never take more than 2 or 3 daily, sometimes none and often just 2 in the mornings. I have dry macular degeneration and high risk for dry macular degeneration, am 75 years old. So far my eyesight has stabelized quite well.quite well. started taking I also have chronic fatigue, no heart problems, no nerviousness or other symptoms that would point to eye damage or other symptoms related to ajphetimine useage. I often go without it if I don't have a lot that has to be accomplished and need the extra energy., because it becomes less affective if I take it every day. does phendimetrazine adversely affect macular de
I was taking Adderol for ADD, but it wasn't helping that much. My psychiatrist started me on Phendimerazine Tartrate 35 mg. This helps my ADD, my extremely low energy level ,and periodic despressions. I never take more than 3 in a day, often 2 and sometimes none . I have never taken more than 4 in a day or more than 2 at a time (in the mornings,) and can always get together the energy to exercise, which often I can't without taking this medication. I have to go off it occasionally in order for it to keep working. It doesn't make me nervous or restless, just more focused and with more energy. I have macular degeneration and am at high rist for wet macular degeneration. My opthamologist isn't familiar with this drug . All I'm really worried about is if it will hurt my ... ...

Cherifer PGM contains: Chlorella Growth Factor (CGF) 200 mg, Zn (elemental) 15 mg, taurine 200 mg, vit A 2,756 iu, vit D 400 iu, thiamine HCl 1.95 mg, riboflavin 1.95 mg, niacinamide 35 mg, pyridoxine HCl 3 mg, cyanocobalamin 3 mcg, folic acid 250 mcg, vit C 100 mg, Fe 17 mg, Ca phosphate 150 mg, Mg oxide 7.5 mg and copper sulfate 1 mg. what impact does purbac 250 have on the menstrual cycle
i used the purbac 350 pills to cure vaginal thrush but i have not yet menstruated, what could be the cause of this? ## what impact does purbac 250 have on the menstrual cycle? ## @lydia pogisho, Based on my research, irregular menstruation has been reported by people with post coital contraception, birth control, multiple sclerosis, depression, stress and anxiety. I haven't been able to find much pertinent information listing it as a common side effect. I believe the side effect that is more common is random "spotting" before menstruation. Have you spoken with a doctor about this? You can learn more about this drug on the page for Purbac Details ...

Lyrica Has Helped Me But Its Side-Effects Are Overpowering!
After taking this drug for nearly 5 years, I know that I must stop for the sake of my health. Some side-effects, I knew were the Lyrica: the muscle aches, weakness, bloating, extreme weight gain (35+ pounds, despite a very poor appetite and my IBD), and syncopal episodes. But I did not know that it might be the reason I lost more than half my natural teeth despite heroic and expensive efforts to save them; or that it might be the cause of sudden incredibly violent fantasies and impulses unlike any I'd ever had before. Or my skin problems, hair loss, intimate issues, and more. Until I saw postings about it in a support group for persons with Fibromyalgia. I am taking Lyrica for both epilepsy and fibromyalgia. Previous efforts to stop have resulted in both severe withdrawal symptoms a... ...
