I use to be on generic Lortab. 7.5 and my doctor switch the medicine to Norco 7.5 (V 36 05). I still don't get any relief. I looked it up and its the same med as the Lortab. Something seems shady, is he trying to trick me. ## First of all, your doctor has no control over which tablet your pharmacy has in stock and fills your prescription with. Your doctor can only designate certain things, such as you only get the brand name and/or that you only get tablets or capsules, but not from what company, so you doctor had no way of knowing you'd be getting the one with this marking, when you got your prescription filled. Have a yellow oval pill one side V, other side 10/95 ## "V 10 95" doesn't seem to exist in my own investigation. "V 36 01" appears to be the closest known representation, for if you accidentally hold it upside down on the back the numbers read out very similar to 10 95. Depending on its overall condition, the backwards 3 may resemble a 5. Never the less, we can at least determine that the manufacturer is probably Qualitest (Vintage) Pharmaceuticals since they're the only company with a "V" and two other sets of numbers depicted in such a way. I have 2 different hydrocodone pills. The first one is hydrocodone/acetaminophen 5/325 mg & stamped M365 & was given for a hysterectomy. The 2nd bottle is hydrocodone/APAP 5/325 mg & stamped 360+ & was given for surgery, where they removed a kidney due to a benign mass. This pill has red specs on it. Mallinckrodt hydrocodone/apap pills several years ago changed. This sounds like a similar thing to what used to be the caplet (large) shaped pills; M 0367 is now the M367 10/325mg tablet. I believe that they all changed to the same size and shape, dropping initial '0'. Some codes went out of use, most changed inbthe way described, but this tablet, if one og those, is unlikely to be of use, those things having changed well over 15 years ago. Advice; email Covidien. When in doubt... I did the same with Aspen re: Pax diazepam and Purata oxazepam, recently changed, and received courteous reply reassuring me within 48 hours. And according to law, all manufactured prescription tablets must have unique markings to enable their identification, in case of an emergency, so any given pill can be traced by to a specific manufacturer. Very fatigued, ABD pain and nausea. MD did blood work to check liver enzymes, BMP, Amylase, Lipase. Ultra sound completed today of gallbladder, pancreas, liver. Was only on fenofibrate for 20 days 145mg. Could not take lipitor for severe muscle cramps. However lipitor was out well the muscle pains ended 36 hours after taking the med. I don't feel better yet after D/Cing the fenofibrate for 4 days. Results not back with the test, will know if any damage to my gallbladder in 2 days. ## Fenofibrate is no longer being taken and the fatigue, abdominal pain, sneezing and nausea continue after 5 days not ingesting this medication. What is this pill? It arrived in a bottle of glyburide 5 mg. I think it is a stowaway from the mail-order pharmacy, As above: small, scored, pink pill, oblong in shape, inscribed with I 36 on one side. ## My guess is that it was an error, the tablet in question contains 2.5mgs of Glyburide. They were probably working to fill several orders of the same medication and one in a different dosage accidentally ended up in the wrong packaging.
