Norco contains: Hydrocodone Bitartrate + Acetaminophen I think acetaminophen is commonly misconstrued as being aspirin, however they are not the same. Aspirin is a non-steroidal anti inflammatory (NSAID) where as acetaminophen is not. I hope this info helps! ## Acetaminophen (Tylenol) has no anti- inflammatory ability, so is NOT an NSAID. Having said that, it is otherwise, very similar in effect. It's good for fever, headache, and some pains but not those caused by inflammation.

Will mixing methodone and norco lnduce withdrawls?? ## Hi Melissa, Based on my research, there are no drug interactions listed between Methadone and Hydrocodone; so you shouldn't experience any strange problems in that regard. While it is possible for there to be an additive effect, some people have had incidences where they noticed a decreased efficacy with Hydrocodone when they administered a larger dose of either medication.
