I went uro doc for a follow up because I have frequent utis and urgency to urinate and actually I felt ok. She started me on myrbetriq and guess what, my urgency started again. Also, I have read it can cause utis and one of my main complaints is chronic utis. The side effects of this medicine can cause you have the problems this medicine is suppose to remedy. I have been taking losartan hctz for 3 days and already feel like I have a url with burning and urgency. I never get these infections so I am assuming it could be the Losartan. I've recently started taking duavee. It has been one week. I'm noticing that I feel like I am suffering from a uti. Pain is not bad but I can feel the pressure and feels strange starting my urine stream. Is this the medicine? Should I see my doc immediately. Drinking lots of water but no results. ## Its a pretty neutral compound on the uterus. I woke up with a uti this morning,thought I felt it coming on yesterday. I haven't had one like this in twenty years. Burning some blood in my urine. Started drinking cranberry juice the blood is less now almost gone. i first had a uti about an year ago and cipro worked then a second uti about four months after was given cotrimoxazole which didnt work so was put on levo and it worked but with awful side effects now having another uti with frequency and dysuria and given cefixime took for four days and no improvement... can i change to another antibiotic?

My doctor prescribed me 100mg 4x a day nitrofurantoin for 3 days. I finished taking them but my diarrhea didn't stop. And I have really bad acid reflux (rumbling of the tummy) how long will this medication last in my body? I finished drinking the meds last thursday at 3am, its now saturday here in my countrt. I just took left over amoxicillin and nitrofur for a Uti that just became really bad. I'm hoping this will hold me over until I can call my dr tomorrow. I've been taking macrobid 2x a day for 4 days now, I have 3 more days left but the burning isn't too bad anymore but I still smell that UTI urine smell and I know my uti isn't gone yet and it maybe isn't even getting too much better.
