I've been on a hundred and 20 milligrams of methadone for about a year now I'm currently also taking 15 milligrams twice a day of long-acting morphine and a PRN 15 milligram short-acting morphine every 6 hours my methadone clinic is making me taper off the methadone to go on pain management so right now I'm on 60 milligrams of methadone going down every week 10 milligrams is it safe for me to take suboxone once I've completely gotten off the methadone even though I'm going to still be on morphine.
