Use Of Spasmocip

I have been taking cipla spasmocip plus from last 6 to 7 months since the baan and no availabitty of walkhout spasmocip earlier cipla was good substitute but it is still available in black market but no good I think it is duplicate and could be fatal as many of my friend are getting sick and some people have died too since then I have reduced my dosage to reduce withdrawal symptoms so I really want this poison to stop so if there is someone in power to do something please do something to stop it and above all one strip cost around 400 to 450 while the actual price of one box is 100 rs

Is spasmocip plus from cipla dated (January 2013) and spasmo proxyvon from walkhout dated (April 2013)available in market (blackmarket obviously) are real or duplicate
