Hello, My doctor has prescribed Primeova tablets for me and I've been taking them starting from the 5th day of my menstrual cycle. The reason behind this prescription is that the size of my follicle in the left ovary was 15x16mm on the 10th day of my previous menstrual cycle, and it remained the same until the 17th day. I'm wondering if taking Primeova will help enhance the speed of my ovulation? Thank you for any assistance or insights you can provide!

Can a man use apetito and if so, what are the side effects? ## For what reason is this supplement used? ## Can apetito be used by man if they want to gain weight? ## Appetite-increasing medications such as Appetito (cyproheptadine) are not gender oriented and can be taken by a man or woman. Please note however that cyproheptadine is an antihistamine used primarily for allergy relief and weight gain/appetite increases are merely a possible side effect; therefore this should not be relied upon as a sole means of gaining weight. Only a proper dietary regimen, adjusting one's eating habits and/or weight training are effective long-term solutions for healthy weight management. I would encourage others who may be seeking to use cyproheptadine to also consult a qualified nutritionist who c...

I read where "Nerve Up" tablets, which I understand is a multi-vitamin, helps pain due to damaged nerves. I was born with spina-Bifida and a hole in my back 1932. The doctor did not know what it was and sewed the hole up. Had no significant problems except don't touch my back until I was 68 years old at which time I began having terrible pain in my lower back, legs and tailbone. My primary physician did not know what the problem was so he sent me to an orthopedic doctor who made an X-Ray and told me I had Spina Bifida and my spinal cord was tethered; he referred me to a Neurologist who concurred with his diagnosis and sent me to a Neuro-Surgeon. The Neuro-Surgeon told me if I did not have surgery to release my spinal cord I would be paralyzed from the waist down and lose cont...

having a procedure on cervix in 7 days doctor prescribed norimin-1 does anyone know if its going to stop my period which is to happen in 3 to 5 days thanks ## Hi terry, Unfortunately there's really no way of knowing for sure how this or any drug is going to affect you before you actually take it. Doctors can only assume that it may work based on your medical records, current health, and other individual factors. Norimin tablets are a type of hormonal contraception (birth control), and as a side effect it can cause irregular or skipped periods (due to a fluctuation of hormones); however this is not the primary indication of the drug itself. Because of that, it is my understanding that there's no way to tell exactly when side effects might happen. Anyone else have thoughts on this...

I HAVE ONLY BEEN TAKEN ADDERALL TAB 10 MG 1 TAB 1 X DAY FOR A MONTH. CAN NOT REACH MY DOCTOR, I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE STEP DOWN PROCEDURE TO STOP TAKING THE ADDERALL. ## Usually for drugs like this the safest way to stop taking them is to tapper off them, if possible. Some medications can be taken in fractions (actually cut into pieces) and these smaller pieces can be taken in place of the regular dose for a period of several weeks until the body is no longer dependent upon them. I don't know however if Adderall would fall into this category of medications that can be taken in fractioned doses. For this, I'd actually recommend asking your local pharmacy or primary care physician; because the severity of withdrawing from any drug is largely dependent on the individual's heal...
