I have been suggested 'PANTOSEC-D' for migraine. I feel like I have conceived and want to know whether I should take this medicine in this situation. when it is used wheter in the morning as empty stomoch or after meals ## Hello, Rajesh! How are you? Unless your doctor has instructed otherwise, you can take it whatever time of day is most convenient for you, you just need to be consistent and take it each day around the same time and it should be taken on an empty stomach, just before a meal. The U.S. FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach pain. Is there anything else I can help with?

I am 36 i had gastric problem the past 8 months. Am taking pantosec d continuesly Whenever the gastric issue i had. What is the difference between pan 40 and pantosec dsr 40? My mother had an elbow fracture followed by surgery. She is on diabetic and blood pressure meds. The doctor also prescribed pan 40, but the med store gave her pantosec dsr 40. I am having a back pain problem and my Dr suggested this tablet. Is this suitable for back pain? I am suffering from severe stomach pain. I think it's a gastric problem so i have taken the pantosec-d sr tablet, but still the pain has not decreased. So please tell me how and when I should take the tablet (after meals or before meals) for optimum efficacy? ## I am having on above stomuch since this morning before one day earlier I had a dyriea I mean five times had to toilet.
