My Mom is 70 years old and she is Diabetic and Hypertensive. She is on Diapride-2, Arbitel H and Atorvastatin av 75 mg along with PAN 40 mg. Even after taking PAN 40 before breakfast every day she doesn't feel relieved of gastritis. Is there any other alternative for PAN 40 in this case?

I have been taking pantium pantoprazole 40mg. While on holidays I discovered actavis pantoorazol 40mg (much cheaper). I m presuming the two are the same , just different manufacturers. I have three to four bowel movements in the morning in a span of two hours some times there is undigested food particles like carrots. I am a pure vegetarian and have been eating only rice, boiled veggies, and lentils. Can pan 40 tablet help me in this regard. I have been taking 2 PAN 40 tablets per day, one before b.fast and one before dinner. Can it lead to Piles?
