My daughter has had frequent urinal infections so the doctor prescribed Gramaocef-O (Cefixime) 100 mg a day. She is having some stomach problems while taking the medicine. The doctor advised that the medication should be continued for a year. It's an antibiotic so I'm afraid its long term use may cause side effects in the future. Any advice?
