yes cipla zepose is diazepam though you haven't stated if you received them through your detox clinic or from "other sources" (no names of other source needed) Zepose are common;y faked as are all medications so if they are not working its possible you have not taken enough to stop the tremors etc or you have bunk tablets? As an alcohol withdrawal medication it is more common to use Librium (chlordiazapoxide) as it helps with more of the alcohol withdrawal symptoms, tho if your doing a home detox without help of a clinic then your not going to be getting them.
