I am currently suffering from swelling in my lower eyelid so I was wondering if aceclofenac & paracaetamol tablets can help relieve the pain. Can I also get the dosage amount I should take if so. ## They may help with the pain, since they are analgesics, but only your doctor can tell you how much you should take and it they are really appropriate. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation. What has caused the swelling and is is just one eye or both?

My mom is 68 yrs old and she has constant pain in her joints for this she is taking paracetamol and aceclophenac combination for near about 6 month .is it ok to take it for lifelong or she has to better stop it as she doesn't feel good if she miss one tablet also ## Very sorry about the pain your mother is suffering from. I am suffering from spinal stenosis in the 3rd, 4th & 5th lumber vertebrae. When I take Aceclofenac tab 100 mg I feel quite comfortable. I take one tab only when lumber pain is unbearable because i am afraid of possible side effects. Please advise me if i can take it regularly, at least 1 daily? Hi, I just wanted to know that anti inflammatory drugs can delay periods. I was having a muscle spam happened on 3rd day of my period. Doctor suggested some anti inflammatory drugs along with analgesics. I took it from 3rd day of my period to 12th. We are actively trying for a baby. Now I'm two days late. My cycle length is 28days and don't usual gets late. Is it because of the medication I took. Any insight will be helpful. My wife has taken only one tablet ( aceclofence 100 mg + paractmol 325 mg + chlorzoxazone 250 mg) wrist pain ..is there any problem to her? & baby?..
