I did however locate the active ingredient which is Ursodeoxycholic Acid. Ursodeoxycholic Acid is listed to be in the US product Ursodiol. Ursodiol helps regulate cholesterol by reducing the rate at which the intestine absorbs cholesterol molecules while breaking up micelles containing cholesterol. i am suffering from hepatitis a which is drug infused, i have been taking ursocol 300 from last 11 days but from last 2 days after having the ursocol 300 i am having short of breath what should i do? ## Ursocol contains the active ingredient Ursodeoxycholic Acid. That sounds like it can be a side effect from the medication. Have you discussed this with your doctor yet? He/She should be one of the first people to know about this. Aside from speaking with your doctor, would you say that your diet is sufficient in vitamins and minerals? This could also be caused from lack of certain nutrients. I Was Using This Tablet. Now Came To China from India. This drug is not available in china. How to find the alternative tablet with the same chemical formula that is available in china ## This contains the active ingredient Ursodiol, which is also known as Ursodeoxycholic Acid, so you may find it under either of those.
