Uprise D3, 60K help with pain?

I am suffering from hip joint pain, lower leg pain, severe pain, even sometimes unable to walk few steps forward. Done all tests as doctor prescribed. MRI also, no problem seen. Friend suggest D3. Is it safe to take? Is there any side effects ? I'm also Hyperthyroidism patient but in control now. ## Supplementing with Vitamin D3 can be very beneficial in many aspects; but in my honest opinion, I don't think it will help with severe pain management. Depending on the dose of D3 you plan on taking, it would be pretty difficult to take the amount required to get any sort of undesirable side effects.
