Can I take with ibuprofen with pliva 787? I have sinusitis with horrible upper respiratory issues. I'm stuffy and congested. ## Pliva lists this tablet as containing 250mgs of Azithromycin, which is an antibiotic that is used to treat, or prevent various types of bacterial infections. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash, and diarrhea. However, neither of these medications will alleviate the stuffiness and congestion. Were you prescribed anything else?

I have a cough, wheezing chest and congestion, I've been taking OTC cold and cough for 3 days with no luck curing this condition. I have some Amox/K Clav 500mg left over form an other infection...will this work on what I now have? ## Hi Mike, I'm sorry to hear that you aren't feeling well. Amox/ K Clav (Amoxicillin + Clavulanate Potassium) will only help if the cough you are experiencing is caused by an upper respiratory infection. You could take the medication, but if it doesn't work the cough probably just needs to run its course. If I can recommend anything, it would be the essential oils Peppermint, Lavender, and Copaiba along with honey to sooth the throat. If you are interested in purchasing any of these oils, I would check out Young Living. I've used Copaiba o...

I am suffering from the symptoms of levofloxacin poisioning which include pressure in head and vision loss( perhaps IIH) Would it be safe to fly from europe to America for treatment in a major clinic.. ## I see this was posted a few months ago. Have things improved any? What turned out to be causing the problem? American can be very picky about who it lets it that is ill and why they are ill, due to possible dangers, so you'd never be able to just diagnose yourself and fly on over for treatment. You'd have to have everything fully documented and diagnosed by a medical team in your home country. ## Hey, I'm just reading your post. How eactly did you get Levofloxacin posoining? I"m perscrbed that for upper respiratory/congestion symptoms. My Doctor writes the script so if ...
