Unmark Round White Pill

I found 30-45 small white round unmarked pills. They were sent from Mexico to my recently deceased uncle. What are these? My family is desperately trying to find out what they are because my uncle killed himself... We are just looking for answers. He ordered them in April and receive them today. In November. Any clue? It is a small round unmarked white pill. looks almost like the little tiny sugar tablets, but a little thicker. ## I'm sorry, but if there is no imprint, it will be impossible to positively identify, unless you would pay to have it lab tested. It could be any one of a large number of over the counter items or foreign medications. I wish I could help! ## Did you ever find out what it is??? Round white pill. It has an odd symbol on one side that almost looks like pacman lol. On the other side it has a capital "C" with "30" underneath it. It's in an unmarked bottle that I found so I'm really curious as to what it is. Someone please help me identify it as I cannot find anything about it anywhere. ## Just found the exact same pill. The marking is actually meant to be 832 BC 20 and it contains 20mgs of Baclofen, it's a generic for Lioresal and is a muscle relaxant. Learn more Baclofen details here. Where did you find it?

Only thing I can think of is phenobarbital ## What country is this from? Without any markings, it is impossible to positively identify, it may be Phenobarbital, though it is not commonly used anymore.

Very small white only say L1 on one side, smooth and unmarked on the other. ## From what I am finding, this tablet contains 20mgs of Famotidine, a generic or store brand of Pepcid, this one is commonly sold by Walgreens. I recently found a bottle of pills that says hydromorphon (without the e) 8mg and the bottle also says it is a replacement for dilaudid. These pills are all white with no coding no score marks or anything on it. I was told the are methoarbamol but i can't find any proof of that that thanks! ## If there is no imprint, then it is not a legal US prescription medication, as Methocarbamol would be. Was it found or obtained in the US? That said, with no imprint, it would have to be a foreign medication or something available over the counter and impossible to positively identify, unless you would pay to have it lab tested. There are many pills that meet this description, far too many possiblities to list. My daughter is currently on vitamin C, and Ritalin but recently I found a different pill that's been recently perscribed to her. (I do not meddle in her personal affairs) the pills are small, white, round and unmarked which makes me nervous because I've read that unmarked pills could be dangerous. One thing is for certain though, and that is, that it's definitely NOT a legitimate "US-based" prescription drug, since the FDA requires all of these medications to have markings for determining the substance, dosage, and manufacturer.
