Ul 15 Yellow Pill Oblong

Small yellow oblong tablet with 45 on one side and UL on the other - I was told it was Meloxicam but mine are round. Can anyone help verify this? ## Hi Malcolm, Is there any chance that the numbers say 15 instead of 45? I located an oblong yellow tablet with 15 on one side and UL on the other that's reportedly identified as Meloxicam 15mg made by a company called Unichem Pharmaceuticals. If you filled your prescription at a licensed pharmacy then there's nothing to really worry about, as they probably just reformulated their product. However, if you got it through other means then it sounds like it may be a counterfeit version of Meloxicam. You can view a photo of the pill by clicking on the following National Drug Code: 29300-125 Hope this helps!

Found this pill. Yellow, oblong. 15 on one side and UL on other. Please help. Thanks. ## Hello, Jenny! How are you? This tablet is manufactured by Unichem Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 15mgs of Meloxicam, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that used to treat pain, fever and swelling. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Thank you! This is very helpful. Now I know where it came from since I have a prescription for that.
