Found a small oval, thick, not tapered, white with blue flecks. RUSS on one side, 903 stamped on the other. What is this pill? ## small oval pill blue flecks Russ on one side and 903 on other ## Hello, I was unable to locate a pill that had the letters RUSS imprinted on them but I was able to find a strikingly similar Lortab pill that is white with blue/green speckles and a UCB imprint on one side and 903 imprint on the other side. I'm not sure if the RUSS imprint is an old manufacturer that was bought out by UCB pharma. Here is a picture of the UCB pill in case that's the one that you have and somehow the imprint got ruined to the point that it shows russ. wi was told it was a vicodin but it has blue spots what dose that mean ## What are the markings on the tablet? Is it UCB 902 or UCB 903? There are VIcodin tablets with these markings. The blue spots don't mean anything, just the way the manufacturer decided to make the tablet. There is also a 3594 V that has blue specks and one with the marking A 345. ## I found a white pill with black specks, does anyone know what it would be?

I have these pills and dont know what thet are..they are white-ish, kinda scround, with green specs that don't taste like wint-o-anything..Any help out there? oh yeah, I THINK they say ucb 903 ## Same ingredients as Vicodin, but it's actually Lortab, containing 7.5 mg Hydrocodone, 500 mg Acetaminophen.

the answer is completely correct yeaaahhh budddyyyy ## Lortab contains the active ingredients Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone, it is a narcotic analgesic and is also available as a generic. That means that there are quite a few manufacturers that make it, in different dosages and the way the pill can look, as well as the markings, will be different for all of them. That also means that I can't possibly list them all on here. Just some examples for the name brand: 5/500 oblong, white with blue specks, marking UCB on one side and 902 on the opposite. 7.5/500 oblong, white with green specks, marking UCB on one side and 903 on the other. 10/500 oblong, pink UCB on one side and 910 on the other. Is there a specific tablet you're questioning?
