I wanted to know more about the side effects of long term use? ## How does ubicaar help with tinnitus? I have been prescribed ubicaar 1 TDS by my Ent doctor. How does it work? I have had tinnitus for 3 weeks. ## This is just a supplement that contains LCarnitine, and COQ10. It is most commonly used to treat or prevent deficiencies in these vital nutrients.
