My Pharmacy just gave me the blue pill with the U23 on it and so far it seems to be working the same if not somewhat better than the smaller blue pills that I had prior. Seems lately that whatever type of Oxycodone I take is having an adverse effect on me and making me very tired after a few hours. I never had that problem before. ## I believe the U23 are manufactured by Aurobindo. I've had that manufacturer in percocet form and it wasn't the worst. It's acceptable and works for the pain but has more side effects than it should. It seems like all of the generics as of late are really lacking in efficacy. I recently got some Qualitest 10/325 percocet from CVS (had to ask for them otherwise they would have given me Rhodes). Qualitest got bought out by Endo who then got bought ...

These green u23 do not work for me in the slightest but dr insists its the same. I have been taking the blue ones without abusing them for years due to a childhood injury and pharmacy and dr say there is no difference but there is a huge difference. I feel like I'm being bamboozled ## There can be differences between generic medications. Under the Hatch-Waxman Act of 1984, they are allowed to differ from the name brand, in the amount of the active ingredient, by as much as plus or minus 20%. They also don't have to measure against each other, only against the name brand, so it is possible that these ones are lower than the ones you were previously taking. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizzin...

It won't have me oh still hurting dizzy stomach upset vomiting I'm hoping that it just stopped my pain and have me to sleep good tonight that's all I want thank you ## Hello Linda, I apologize but I am having a difficult time figuring out exactly what you're asking. I believe what you want to know is if the Oxycodone 15 U23 takes effect faster than the 15 M. If that's the case the...

I just got my script filled replaced with U23. I've been taking 15mg oxy for 5 years, not abusing them. These new pills suck and I cant tell I'm taking them. What is the fda up to with changing meds that make you feel worse? I'm a 60 year old male and need the right meds, not BS. ## I hear you DUCK, Those who abuse, sell, ect. seem to get whatever they want. But us that suffer from, in my case Intractable Pain can't get the help they need. I was living out of state and had a quality of life. Came home and was dropped to a dangerous dose. Lost all my family out there. Even my surgeon had me on 80 oxycontin plus hydrocodone 10 and would switch to the fentanyl patches 150mcg. Look up intractable pain. Those in real pain DON'T SELL, ABUSE, ECT. PEOPLE NEED TO WRITE &...

Are these 15 mg oxycodone less effective? They do NOT work as well. They are green round tablets with a U23 imprint. ## Under the Hatch-Waxman Act of 1984, there are allowable differences in generic medications, so there is a possibility that this one might be slightly lower in the amount of the active ingredient, than the one you were used to taking, so it may not work as well for you. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation. The differences are very slight, plus or minus 20% maximum allowable variation, but some people are sensitive to any slight fluctuation. Has anyone else had problems with this tablet? ## Yes! It doesn't come close to working as well a...

My pharmacy has been switching prescription generics between 15 mg oxycodone HCL tablets for more than a year now. It is not unusual for me to get a new generic every time I fill my prescription and in many instances they will give me two different forms of the generic for one prescription because they switch so often. They have now put me on AUROBINDO which does not work at all for my chronic pain and if that wasn't bad enough they also provide counterfeit information in the form of paperwork claiming that the drug I have been given is actually manufactured by Mallinkrodt. I have pictures of the label as well as documentation from the FDA that claims my prescription is from a manufacturer that it is not from. The other concern I have is that I spoke with my pharmacist about this an...

What inactive ingredients are in the green 15mg oxycodone tablets with an imprint of U 32? It is bigger than my regular green 15's. ## Hi Tina, The correct imprint for these round green 15mg Oxycodone HCL tablets should actually be U23 instead of U32.
