The pill I found is round, white and had an x on one side and U 159 on the other side. What is it? ## Any chance that the imprint on your pill says "U 169" instead of U 159? I found a round brown pill with G 159 on it. I'm not sure what it is. If anyone knows what this is, please tell me. ## Its a type of stool softener, it will help constipation, and nausea. It has 250mg acetaminophen, 250mg aspirin, and 60mg(I think it is 60) caffeine.
