Does anyone have experience with this medication? Preferably the Tynept 12.5mg brand from India. ## Tianeptine isn't available in the U.S., so I'm not familiar with it. The available information I've found states that it is used for depression, but also some forms of pain, and anxiety. There are many similar medications available in the U.S., and Canada. It may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, mood changes. and weight changes. Here is some more information on Antidepressants from the MayoClinic. Has this been recommended? What medications are already being used?

i went to the er cause i was have severe pounding pressure on the back of my head, well they gave me iv meds and sent me home with this OxyCODONE script. I'm taking tynelol #4 with codeine now. Is there a tynelol 5 or 6 with codeine available? I need more relief. ## Hello, Oreo! How are you? I live in Ky and been on pain meds probably 13 yrs but recently I was gave a script for tyneol 3 by my gastric dr and he knew I had a family dr prescribing loratab 10's but I filled the script for tyneol 3 and my family dr run a kasper on me called me and told me she can no longer write me any controlled substance scripts is this true? please help I am desperate ! ## Hello, I think your best option would be to ask your doctor why she can no longer write the prescriptions you need. What she prescribes is at her own discretion and if she says that she can't write a prescription for a certain medication, then she is allowed to do so. All lortab 10 are pretty much the same the only diffenece is the amount of tynenol in them.
