I need to know what kind of pill this is and whether it has any vicodin in it. ## Tylenol PM is an over the counter product that contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen and 25mgs of Diphenhydramine, it is used to help with pain and mild insomnia that may be caused by it. I am an American living in Belgium and suffering from Fibromyalgia. I have both pain and sleeplessness. In the states I used a more generic Family Dollar Ibuprophen PM from time to time and it worked great. I cannot find anything like that here in Belgium as we don't really have drugstores as in the US where one can just scan all that is available. I have to go through a pharmacist here and there is a lot of difficulty in explaining what I am looking for. I have a bottle of tylenol pm instant release and after some stuff that i heard of that has been going on in my town and also because a friend gave me the bottle i didn't buy it. From what I could gather, there actually are a couple different drug interactions listed between each of the medications you mentioned (aside from Viibryd). Apparently the Diphenhydramine found in Tylenol PM interacts with both Risperdal (risperidone) as well as Lamictal (lamotrigine); in which case some people experience bladder problems, cognitive impairment, a decreased heart rate, and more... Risperdal and Lamictal also list interactions that could lead to excessive drowsiness, seizures, an increased heart rate, and more...
