So far I am having varied results with Linzess. One day I'm going all day, one day nothing, one day it is a "normal" one/two time bowl movements, and then another I'm rushing in my car to find a public restroom. I usually take it at the same time every morning. The varied results happen at varied times. Morning, afternoon, and/or evening. I was wondering if taking it at night would help with trying to get it on a regular schedule? ## I take mine at night all the time and it is working well. I go in the morning and have no problem through the day. If I have to go through the day I have plenty of time to find a bathroom but usually I just go in the morning ## @JulieAnn, I know you posted this back in April, so I hope you are doing well and all is good! I am taking oxybutynin 10mg at night. I still get up to go two or three times, and sometimes I don't quite make it without significant leakage. What's going on? ## How long have you been taking it? This medication may take 4 to 5 weeks to reach its full level of efficacy in your body, according to FDA reports. How much leakage are you experiencing? You may need to try a different medication. Are you on any other medications?

I am also on generic welbutrin. at first I noted it gave me a lot of energy but it also was affecting my anxiety. so I upped my Xanax to handle the extra anxiety and that seemed to work. I also think It was giving me restless leg syndrome. so , I started taking one third the pill one time per day. after awhile my body got used to it and now im up to two full pills per day. they are also supposed to help you stop smoking but I think im smoking more. as far as sleeping at night, I make a point to never to take one after 2pm. that way it wont effect my sleeping. but it does give you energy make you a bit hyper and can cause anxiety although I told my doctor this she treated me like I was being silly because its for anxiety and depression., I don't think it has done anything for my depr...

Had third Prolia shot 6 weeks ago and my life has changed dramatically. Nasea, headaches, numbness, tingling, weakness, back pain... I was very active and now am barely able to get out of bed! Four doctor visits, all kinds of tests, one ER visit and tests all normal. I am not crazy - it is the Prolia!!!! Don't do it. There are other more natural options to help with bone density. I regret getting this shot. By the way, first two shots had no significant side effects but the third one was debilitating!!!! ## Hello, Rennie! How are you doing? I am so very sorry about what you've been through. Has there been any change? Unfortunately, most of these medications can cause such side effects, according to FDA reports. There are reports on here from many people that have had bad experie...

I was on Cymbalta for 4 months, worked my way up to 120 mg. Experienced "brain zaps" and terrible twitching of my extremities. Decided to wean off with the help of my psychiatrist. Weaned off very slowly, even dumping out half of the last two weeks of capsules (bringing down the 20 mg tabs to 10 mg tabs). I have been totally off Cymbalta now for 2.5 weeks. My pain/discomfort is normally an 8 out of 10 but now it's a 9.5 out of 10. Feeling horrible! Head pain, nausea, dizziness, frequent hot flashes. Feel like I would rather be dead. This is a horrible drug. I hear it helps people (didn't help me at all) but if you ever have to come off of it, fasten your seat belt as it will be an awful ride! ## Hello, Catarin! How are you feeling? I'm sorry that you're so misera...

Just started on Nuvigil for daytime drowsiness from OSA, third day. First night I couldn't sleep; second night I took 3mg of melatonin and was able to sleep, but not quite as awake on third morning as prior day - haven't fallen asleep yet, but yawning. Is melatonin OK to use to make sure I get to sleep at night, or might that be counteracting the nuvigil into the next day? Should I expect some variability in the first couple of weeks regarding how awake I feel in the day and when it wears off in the evening? Should I not take melatonin at night if it's keeping me up? ## Hello, SleepyPete1 How are you? It should be okay, as long as your doctor approves of you taking it. I didn't find any dangerous problems or interactions listed between the two, but it's always best t...

I started taking Propanolol for PVC's 2 weeks ago. 10mg once a day. That made me dizzy so i cut it up into two doses. 5 mg twice a day. That seemed to work well. I did have a few side effects for about 7 days....extremely cold hands, shortness of breath, dizziness but then I felt great for about 3 days. Now it is horrible. I started feeling REALLY tired. Can't hold my eyes open tired. Can't seem to get woke up of the mornings and now for the last 2 nights I have been so short of breath it is waking me up. Like I will fall asleep and right after I doze off, I wake up by gasping for air. I have never had this problem before and it is worrying me. I have had several Ekg's in the last 10 years and all have been normal. Last one I had was 10 months ago. Someone suggested Ader...

Actually it was 5 hrs apart the night before ## Hello, Kim! How are you? You should follow whatever instructions your doctor provided. Back in September I was diagnosed with five perforated disc my doctor didn't gave me a prescription for a six-day course of Methylprednisolone. I took it and finish six-day course without any side effects whatsoever! It took all the pain away and sadly it only lasted for about two weeks after that the pain came back. I was told to wait and not take the steroid again for at least five or six months. So I was living on different pain meds for a long time and became allergic to most of the opioids so my doctor prescribed me the same six-day course of Methylprednisolone again. It is now December and I barely made it through the second day of the pill regimen. The side effects are too much for me to handle. I had nausea, severe heartburn, elevated heart rate, sleeplessness, panic attack ...

My Doctor prescribed Atorfit CV 10 or Aztor ASP 75 one tab at night. What are the components. Both caps are having same contents or not? ## Aztor contains Atorvastatin and Aspirin, it is used to thin the blood and help lower cholesterol. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, headache and joint/muscle aches. The Atorfit does not contain the addition of Aspirin, so I would assume that your doctor did not want to up your dosage on that. Do you have any other questions? ## Does Aztor 10 contain Aspirin? ## I am taking one Telvas AM and one atrofit CV 10 daily for the past two years. When I chek my BP with the home monitor I find it to be perfect under control (120-25/80-85) The results of ECG, Echo and TMT are also OK. Should I continue taking the tables. Hello! I had minor surgery on a few teeth, and my doctor prescribed me oxycodone. I've taken them, once a day, from Saturday until Thursday. If I don't take any on Friday, could I drink Saturday night without facing any risks? ## Hello, Alice! How are you? It is always best to check with your prescriber, before imbibing. However, that should be okay, if they approve, but you may still experience more intense side effects than usual, such as being more nauseous, drowsy and dizzy. So, please make sure that you will not be driving or operating any dangerous machinery. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Taking too much of either of the active ingredients in this could be dangerous. Have you consulted your doctor? You need to check with them, before adding more tablets. There are other factors that could come into play, as well, such as your overall health, other medications you may be taking and etc.

I am a diabetic patient (type two). Due to essential hypertension around 150/92, my Dr prescribed telmisartan 20. My pulse rates elevated to 114 and 88 in the morning. I was feeling fatigued, mental confusion, blurred vision within 4 weeks of medication. I was changed over to Nebi 2.5 and dramatically my bp has come down to 110/70 average with pulse around 70-78 per minute. Since I am diabetic and also taking glimperide 2 in the morning and fenofibrate 145 at evening with metformin 500 at night, will Nebi 2.5 worsen my blood sugar control, which is just now around 110-125 on fasting? Will nebivolol will be suitable for long term therapy to a patient like me who is a patient of type two diabetes for 15 years? My high BP has been diagnosed recently, just two months back. Just an FYI. I woke up in the hospital on a respirator after my teenage son found me. This was not intentional. I developed pneumonia. Oh! I woke up deaf. I couldn't hear for two days. My kidneys failed and I was on dialysis for 8 weeks. My overall hospital stay was almost four weeks. My family noticed a marked difference in my personality. Two years later I'm finally more like myself. I still take my pain meds, I developed an allergy to ambien and was told to never take any kind of anti inflammatory again! IMO most OD's are combos. I have what the street calls the trinity. Hydro, sometimes Oxy, muscle relaxers, and two different benzo's. Scares me that one day my body will say, "Nope, no more" and I will wake up in the hospital again or die. My back pain is debi...

Hi I started taking the generic Wellbutrin SR 10 days ago. The first day I took 100 mg in the morning and at night and I felt really sick to my stomach so the next day I got a crazy idea of cutting the 100mg in half and taking half in morning and half at night. I was ok until two days ago and I feel like I have the worst hangover. I finally called my doctor and she put me on bupropion hcl 75 mg cause she said you can't cut the SR pills. I took the bupropion hcl this morning and I still feel like i have worst hangover again. Did I mess myself up by taking the split pills for that many days or am I just not able to take this medicine? ## All medications carry the risk of causing side effects, the FDA lists the ones for this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache,...

Can Sulfameth Tmp Ds Tab Be Stop After a Two Day Use period And Started Again A Week Later? My cold symptoms left within 36 hours but i was having a very difficult time urinating. Just dribbling about 8 times over night. That's why I stopped the meds. urination problem ceased. ## Sulfamethoxazole with Trimethoprim is an antibiotic, it is used to treat infections and is not effective against the virus that causes colds. The urinary issue is also liable to recur, if it was caused by this medication. Have you consulted your doctor? ## I took sulfamethoxaxole twice a day. Then I went on vacation and forgot to take it for about four days. I finished the rest of the bottle when I got home. Can this cause my period to be late?
