how to decide dose of thyronorm

my sister aged 45 and 155cm height 63kg weight diagnosed high TSH level of 80 three weeks ago she is currently taking 100mcg thyronorm tablet daily 1 in the morning but after 3 weeks the symptoms are still there like subcutaneous edema of both legs and feet, restlessness, sleep apnea, severe abdominal pain, joint and muscle pain, severe fatigue, occasional chest pain, constipation etc, she is also a diabetic and have gastritis is 100mcg is correct dose for her high level tsh? please suggest the dosage. ## already I m putting thyronorm 100 mcg now m check t s h level is 10 . 16 how much thyronorm mcg daily doseage
