I have a pain in chest (25yrs). First my doctor told me that there was a problem in costochondral joint. He gave me SERRA-AP 15 mg. But no improvement. Another doctor (ortho) prescribed me TRYPTOMER 10 mg. Is there any utility of this medicine there? ## Tryptomer 10mg Tablet (Amitriptyline) is a tricyclic antidepressant.
