Chymoral AP has Trypsin Chymotrypsin which should be taken before meals and Aceclofenac and Paracetamol which should be taken after meals. . So please tell me if this drug should be taken before or after meals? ## Actually, unless your doctor says otherwise, they should all be taken after meals, to help avoid the stomach irritation and nausea that they can cause as side effects, according to the NIH.
