I have been give Trolic 5mg tabs by a MP but I'm a bit worried because I have to take 3 tabs once a day.Is it safe in pregnancy and what is it for. ## Trolic is listed as containing the steroid Prednisone and, as to taking it during pregnancy, there have actually been no studies done, though its active metabolite Prednisolone has been shown to cause fetal harm.
