What is Tripolene ## Trepiline contains the active ingredient Amitriptyline. This is an antidepressant. Is tripolene safe to use when one is on warfarin. I have been on the blood thinner warfarin for 2 years for. Recently I had surgery on my foot but sometines cannot sleep and tripolene was given to me by a friend to help me sleep. is it safe for me to take?

tripoline was prescribeb for headaches that occurred in my sleep from midnight onwards added that I should stop using any painkillers.It did work for about a month but the headaches have returned and the use of tripoline now causes heavy drowsiness the following day ## Amitriptyline is a tricyclic antidepressant. I have just been prescribed AT for my chronic tension type headaches and currently take Cerezzete birth control pill. Does anyone know if the AT counteract the Cerezette? My son is 9 years old and is on Concerta 27mg for concerntration but is still battling with his emotions and is very anxious. The Doctor has recommended 10 mg of Tripolene at 6pm in evening, does this sound suitable for his age and condition, I was giving him Melatonin to help him sleep as the Concerta was keeping him awake, should the Tripolene help with sleep as well as the Melatonin has become a schedule 4 drug and I would like to stop giving it to him ## I highly recommend guanfacine or clonidine.
