use of ecosprin-75 during last trimster of pregnancy

my wife is 35 weeks of pregnancy doctor advised to take ecosprin -75 ,pls suggest is it safe to take this medicine during this stage of pregnancy. ## She should take it, if her doctor has instructed her to do so. It is sometimes prescribed to help improve blood flow to the baby! The U.S. FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and stomach irritation. Congratulations on the baby! Is she on any other medications?
