Hello There.. I am a 41 years old male and i am more of an anxiety person. No medications at all. I regularly go for my Lipid Profile in every 3 or 6 months. And i use Lipicure 10mg tablet (Prescribed by my Doctor) whenever needed. 4 days back, I got a my Lipid Profile as Total Cholesterol 259 and Triglycerides 98. My doctor has asked me to start Lipicure 10mg again for a month. But i want to try for 15 days only. Is there anything to worry? Please help..

Please someone help me as a urgent manner. I want to know some medicine or supplement to reduce the fat that stored in the body already. My doctor recommended to take ZEROFAT and he told me when you take ZEROFAT, the fat that you take at the time of the medicine will go directly to the stool and it will not get into the system. I have been using medicine for triglycerides for 15 years. Triglycerides was 720 before starting the medicines when I was at 35 years of age. I used Tryglid for sometime and Lipikind F for sometime and now I have been using Crestor 10mg since 3 months. I am diabetic for 12 years and currently using Invokana 100 mg - tab and Amaryl-1mg - tab and Jalra 50mg/1000mg -2 tabs on each day. Also using Esvin-20mg for acidity and Citopam-20mg -1 tab for around 10 years. I too have joint pains, RA factor is 10 (up to 10 is normal as per lab report) not using any medicines; being managed with regular exercise. I am 41 years old. My triglycerides 225 (188), Cholestrol174 (159) LDL-114(110) and HDL-20(20R). Note with in the brackets are test dated 10-08-2010. I am 38 years old. My triglycerides 664, HDL-29 and LDL-133. My doctor advised me to take Fibator tablet containing atorvastatin 10 mg and fenofibrate BP 145 mg. for 3 months course. Four months back my triglycerides was 321, HDL-31 and LDL-133 then my doctor I had used these tablets for 3 months as per the advise of same doctor but the triglecerides levels are increased from 321 to 664. Again he advised to use these tablets for 3 more months. Kindly advise whether these tables to be used continuously to decrese triglycerides and increase HDL and also advise me whether the regular medication may cause any side effects. I do have high cholesterol and high triglycerides(sp?) but the Cholestyramine was prescribed for me for diarrhea and such since my gall-bladder surgery. i am confused as it is not on the instructions re: what I went to the doctor to have "fixed"?
