Does anyone know how to tell if a Dilaudid is fake, specifically the 8mg ones that is triangular shaped with rounder corners, white, and 8 on one side and the to of the letter p on the other side, but the p are both going different directions. So one normal letter p and the other is upside letter p. The letter p's are separated by a straight line between them. I am trying to figure out how I can tell if I have a fake one or not. I have taken the triangular white pills with M on side 1 and 8 on side 2 or PD on side 1 and 8 on side 2. What would be the strongest version? ## The first you mentioned is not hydrocodone, it's actually hydromorphone. That is stronger, than say, a lortab or something with hydrocodone in it.
