Triangle White Pill Over The Counter

Looks exactly like Mallinckrodt's 8mg hydromorphone pill....except it's not. Possibly a fake? I was informed this is a kind of heart medication but could find no such information online even searching through the manufacturer site. I did find, however several instances in where the actual manufacturer had made similar mistakes in the past i.e. placing a percentage of incorrect medication into a shipment. Please respond if you definitely know what this could be. If your answer is dilauded please do not respond. ## When we're just going off a description alone, there's no way for anyone to provide you with a "definite" answer (because counterfeits can look the same as the real thing). However if you didn't fill a prescription at a licensed drug store and it loo...

the pill is a small, white pill with just a triangle on one side, no numbers, found in my house ## I found one tonight just like that ## It's pretty tough to know what it is for sure without any letters or numbers on the pill. There are several possibilities: 1) This is some sort of over the counter product or non FDA approved supplement. They are not regulated by the FDA the way that prescription meds are, thus are not necessarily required to have distinct imprint codes on them 2) This is from a foreign country 3) This is an illegal drug of some sort Keith, do you have any additional details such as where you obtained it, what is has been used for, etc?

Oblong white pill. Side 'A' is split down the middle. On the right side of the split there is a triangle with no bottom that has a capital 'P' inside the triangle. On the left side of the pill there is the number 152. Side 'B' of the pill is plain. I was thinking it might be a generic version of a mucus relief medication, but I wanted to make sure. ## That is the Advanced Pharma logo that's used on their over the counter items, but I can't find any listing that confirms what this tablet contains. The main problem with identifying over the counter products is that they aren't required to log the imprints with the FDA, like prescriptions drugs. Learn more OTC drug details here. Does anyone else recognize this tablet? ## i have found a small lite tan or ...

I need to find out what this is FAST!! I was walking through a parking lot with my two puppies, and we came up on a pile of pills that had been spilled & just left there. One of them may have picked one up and ate it, so I'm flipping out. We took the pill to walgreens, but they couldn't figure out what it was. It is a white, oval pill one side has the numbers 014, and the other side had like half of an upside down triangle with a 'p' in it. Thanks! ## If your puppy ate one or two of these, there shouldn't be any serious adverse effects, but since you can't know if he ingested 0, 1, 2, 3 or more, you should call your vet. This is Acetaminophen 500mgs, a generic for Extra Strength Tylenol, so an over the counter medication, safe for people, and commonly used in...

The pill is white, smooth coated, probably 6 or 7mm in diameter. It has a triangle type logo - looks like three black swirl lines that make a triangle. Then 210 under that. It's all in black on the white pill. There is nothing on the other side. ## I have been looking for this one, since I first saw this post, but I am just not finding anything that matches it in any of the U.S. prescription drug databases. Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere? There is always the possibility that it is an over the counter product or a foreign medication that someone imported. Does anyone else recognize this tablet? ## I found a possible match to the triangle type logo on your pill. However the rest of the markings I found do not appear to match up. The pill I located has the triangle logo sitting ...

I found a small white round pill with a triangle imprint on one side and no imprint or anything on the other side. What is this thing? ## Hello, Deep! How are you? I'm sorry, but no, I haven't been able to find a listing for anything matching this description, so far. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Where was it found? I think it may be an over the counter product and some of those are regional, so know the general location may help to narrow it down. Does anyone else recognize this tablet?

It is a round white pill. One side is scoreed twice into 4 sections. The other side simply has a triangle with a capital K inside of it. I need feed back Asap!!:) ## I can't find anything that matches this description. That leads me to suspect that it's something that's available over the counter. Where did you find it? Does anyone else recognize this tablet?

What is it? ## wanting to know what this pill is ## Meclizine 12.5 Used for nausea or motion sickness and sometimes dizziness. Can be bought over the counter. ## @rick thorton, I also found your pill to be Meclizine HCl (12.5 mg). The imprint is technically AP 117. I found a gel-type brown oval shaped pill that has a P inside a white triangle and a "30" on one side of the pill. I can't seem to figure out what it is. ## I found a pill like that, and have yet to identify, I found a single one. and I assume it to be fairly old. Ill let you know if I find out. ## I've tried searching our various U.S. prescription drug resources, but I can't find a listing that matches this. The marking leads me to suspect that it's an over the counter product. Does anyone else recognize these?

oblong scored white pill, 293 imprint, one side has a star with a triangle in the middle of it ## I am sorry, I'm not finding this listed in any of the prescription medication databases. It could be something new to the market, or any one of a large number of over the counter items or foreign medications. I know I've seen the logo, before, but I cannot place what it was on. Do you have anymore information? Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere? ## In USA, imprint has six points. Looks like an alien man with antennae, or a star. ## It's 500mg Paracetamol.

small pink triangle pill with faint white speckles through it and has no writing on it ## If there are no markings on it, it is going to be difficult to narrow down what this might be. We can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription medication, since they are all required to have unique markings to enable their identification. However, it could be any one of a large number of over the counter items or even a foreign medication. Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere?

Round white pill with Christmas tree imprint on both sides ## I think there's a chance that what you're looking at my be an A logo and that you have some Anacin tablets. Is the tree basically a triangle that's sitting on a slightly curved base? If so, then that's what they probably are. Anacin is an over the counter pain reliever that contains Aspirin and Caffeine. ## Christmas tree looking pills sound like Ecstasy. white round with 524 and a weird triangle on one side ## Pills marked with the STA are actually over the counter items. So I cannot find out what this one is for certain as they are not regulated like prescription drugs.
